Anna Sui’s Butterfly Eye Color I is new and mixed with highly concentrated color powders to create bright, vivid eyeshadow. Vibrant color and a lasting, smooth finish with one application. Blended with oils to ensure a beautiful finish without uneven coloring.

Directions: Using a fingertip, eyeshadow brush or eyeshadow applicator, apply an adequate amount on eyelids and blend out to preference.
