Directions

1. Bring and adjust the center of the wrap tot he top of the head, and stick out your ears from holes at sides. (If your ears are hurting, do not force to stick them out.) Pull the wrap to the back to head and fasten.
2. Cross two belts (A &B) at the back of head and fasten at the bottom with the wrap.
3. Insert Germanium Balls into each pocket near ears. *Please remove gemanium balls after every use.

如何使用
